Neoliet and Boulder are constantly developing and working on new sites, which means there is always a need for new and challenging climbing routes. As a route builder at Neoliet Tilburg, you can unleash your creativity and contribute to the growth of our climbing community.

As a route builder at Neoliet Tilburg, you will be part of a team responsible for designing and building new climbing routes. You will:

• Design creative climbing routes that vary in difficulty and style.
• Collaborate with other setters to create innovative climbing routes.
• Contribute to the unique atmosphere and challenge of Neoliet Tilburg.

We are looking for route setters with the following attributes:

• Passion for climbing and ability to devise challenging routes.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the art of route setting (RTB2 certification is a plus).
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
