Neoliet Tilburg is a vibrant climbing community with a strong emphasis on quality instruction and training. As an instructor at Neoliet Tilburg, you play a crucial role in training and guiding climbers, from beginners to advanced climbers.

As an instructor at Neoliet Tilburg, you are responsible for:

• Providing high-quality climbing instruction to climbers of various levels.
• Sharing your extensive knowledge and skills in top roping and preclimbing.
• Guiding and motivating climbers to improve their technique and confidence.
• Communicating your passion for climbing and outdoor climbing experience to our climbing community.

We are looking for instructors with the following characteristics:

• Extensive experience in pre-climbing and in-depth knowledge of climbing.
• Ability to effectively communicate and impart knowledge to climbers of various levels.
• Experience in instruction and training is a plus.
• Extensive experience in outdoor climbing is strongly appreciated.
