For our location Neoliet Tilburg we are looking for a climbing bartender (or vice versa). Behind the bar in the climbing hall you are the face of the day, not only do you take care of delicious coffee, sodas, beers and snacks, but you also let customers in and check skills where necessary. So you are a real multitasker.

You work within a close-knit team with your own regular bar day(s), but you are also flexibly deployable. You see work, and even better: you think with us about how we can improve the hospitality experience in the climbing hall. We would like to grow in this.

Knowledge of the sport of climbing is a must. To properly perform the check-in procedure for our clients, it is necessary that you hold the sport climbing supervisor certificate. Don't have that? Then we will take care of that. Participating on the floor of the climbing hall is also part of the job, especially when it comes to assisting groups.

Who are we looking for?

You, of course! You have an affinity for both disciplines; you love climbing, and you also love making sure people can have a good hospitality experience. You are friendly, cheerful, sociable and open. Furthermore, you work neat and tidy and find it natural to keep your workplace clean and tidy.

You see work, take initiatives in consultation and think with us about all kinds of wild plans. Preferably you have a social hygiene diploma and are a seasoned barista and/or beer connoisseur. Not the case? Everything can be learned! Together we make sure the climbing hall is a great place to climb, hang out and work.

Some of your duties include

In addition to preparing and serving drinks and snacks, you will help in all areas as needed. You know how to sell the entire bar assortment and in addition, you give the customers information about everything we have to offer in the climbing hall. Basically, you are just a purebred salesman.

  • A minimum of two regular bar shifts per week

  • You act proactively to improve the hospitality experience

  • Flexibly available for such things as joining groups

  • You have or are willing to obtain your sport climbing supervisor certification

  • Sales of catering products and everything the climbing hall has to offer
