Can I bring my pet to the climbing gym?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to be brought into the climbing gym. Only service dogs are welcome in our facilities.

No, this is not permitted. Only Neoliet's instructors are authorized to teach someone how to ferry. Before you visit us, check out our safety instructions.

I lost something. Where can I find it again?

We have a lost and found box where you can search for your belongings. We collect everything we find at the end of the climbing day in it. Periodically, we transfer the contents to the clothing bin, so don't wait too long to check it.

I would like to come climbing independently, but my climbing partner does not have a license. Is that allowed?

Unfortunately, only the person with a valid license is authorized to belay. This means that the individual without a license is not allowed to belay. If both of you want to climb, it might be more convenient to bring a third climbing partner who has a valid climbing license. Please take a look at our safety rules for more information.

Yes, you certainly can! We offer rentals of various climbing equipment, including harnesses, carabiners, various belay devices, lead ropes, quickdraws and climbing shoes. For rental rates, please refer to the rates page of your location.

Can I do bouldering at your place?

At most of our locations, you can only do rope climbing. However, at Neoliet Utrecht, you also have the option to do bouldering alongside rope climbing. If you're interested in bouldering, we gladly refer you to one of our Boulder gyms. For more information, visit boulderneoliet.nl

I can belay, but I don't have a license. Can I come climbing?

In that case, we will conduct a check in the climbing gym. One of our team members will assess whether you can belay safely and responsibly. If this is approved, and you sign the climber's declaration, you are welcome to climb independently. If it is not approved, unfortunately, you will not be granted access to the climbing gym. In that situation, you can, for example, book an introductory lesson or a toprope course.
