Have you booked an activity with us? Then we have some tips for your (first) visit:

• Wear sportswear. After all, climbing is a sport.
• You can rent climbing shoes from us, but it is not mandatory. If you bring your own shoes, make sure they are clean.
• Take off your jewelry and empty your pockets.
• Do you have a water bottle? This may be taken, filled with water, into the climbing hall.
• Provide an elastic band if you have long hair.
• Consider socks for in rental climbing boots.
• You can only pay by PIN with us.

• Did you pay online? Then it has been processed in our booking system.
• Only when the online payment is made is the reservation final.
• If any extras are booked later, you can pay for them on the day of booking the activity. You can only pay by PIN.
• Didn't pay online? Then you can pay on the spot by PIN.
• Are you using a voucher? Then always bring the printed version with you. Turn this in to us.
• Would you like to pay with a Neoliet Gift Card? Then contact Neoliet Tilburg to make the booking. Take the Gift Card with you to the climbing hall to pay. Any remaining amount will remain on the card and you can use it again later. If there is not enough on it you can pay the remaining amount by PIN.
• Would you like to take a course with a private group with us? This is possible from 6 persons or more or from the starting rate of €780,00. Each additional person pays €130.00.

You will always receive a confirmation email when booking. Doesn't it show up in your inbox? Good chance it ended up in your spam folder. Can't find it? Just let us know. We will gladly send you a new one.

Have you booked an activity with us, but would like to make a change? Then please keep in mind the following conditions.

Changing date or time

• Have you booked a children's party, workshop or private intro lesson and would like to change to another date or time? Then we are happy to see what the possibilities are. One-time changes can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the booking. For a second move, €25.00 will be charged.
• Have you booked a group check-in or trial class with the youth team and want to change it to another day? Then use the link in your confirmation email. This can be done up to 48 hours before the booking.
• Have you booked a toprope course or lead course and can't attend all classes? Then we can see if you can catch up the lesson in another group. The cost for this is €25,- per lesson. Moving an entire course costs €50. Our preference is that you can come to all booked classes, because rescheduling is not always possible and can be disadvantageous for you as a student. In addition, it is mandatory to attend all classes in order to be able to take the exam. Should it not be possible to make up a class, your entire course will be moved to another month. This can be done up to 7 days before the start of the course.

Changing number of participants

• Have you booked a workshop for children? The minimum number of participants is 7 children. However, you may come with fewer children. Have you booked for more than 7 children, paid online and want to come with fewer children? Unfortunately we do not give a refund. Would you like to bring more children, than you have booked? Please inform us in time. Then you can pay the extra children on the day of the activity by PIN in the climbing hall.
• Have you booked a private intro class? The minimum number of participants is 4 people. You may come to the activity with fewer participants, but you will therefore pay the starting rate. Have you booked for more than 4 participants, paid online and still want to come with fewer participants? Unfortunately we do not give a refund. Would you like to come with more participants than you have booked? Please let us know in time. Then you can pay the extra participants by PIN in the climbing hall on the day of the activity.
• Have you booked an activity with us and in case of change you exceed the number of participants of 12 persons? Please let us know at least 7 days in advance. Often there is still room, but we will have to schedule an extra instructor.

NB
Please note that there is a minimum for some bookings and it must always be paid, even if you come with fewer participants than the minimum.

Have you booked an activity with us, but want to cancel the booking? Then please keep in mind the following conditions.

• If you wish to cancel your booking, please note that unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
• Cancellations can only be made via a reply to the booking confirmation email.

Climbing is a high-risk sport. By booking an activity, you agree to our house rules, safety rules, privacy terms and our terms and conditions.

You yourself should inform all participants (or legal representatives of these participants) of your booking of these documents. Participants should realize that during the class, responsibility is transferred to them. Participants are responsible for their own safety and that of their climbing partner and must be aware of the risks that climbing may entail.

By booking an activity at Climbing Center Neoliet, you have agreed to our house rules, safety, privacy- and terms and conditions. These can be downloaded at the top of this page and are available at any Neoliet establishment. In addition, these documents are included in the confirmation email and hang on the wall in the climbing hall.
