General
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to be brought into the climbing gym. Only service dogs are welcome in our facilities.
We have a lost and found box where you can search for your belongings. We collect everything we find at the end of the climbing day in it. Periodically, we transfer the contents to the clothing bin, so don't wait too long to check it.
Yes, you certainly can! We offer rentals of various climbing equipment, including harnesses, carabiners, various belay devices, lead ropes, quickdraws and climbing shoes. For rental rates, please refer to the rates page of your location.
In that case, we will conduct a check in the climbing gym. One of our team members will assess whether you can belay safely and responsibly. If this is approved, and you sign the climber's declaration, you are welcome to climb independently. If it is not approved, unfortunately, you will not be granted access to the climbing gym. In that situation, you can, for example, book an introductory lesson or a toprope course.

No, this is not permitted. Only Neoliet's instructors are authorized to teach someone how to ferry. Before you visit us, check out our safety instructions.

Courses
No, that is not possible. It is required that you first obtain your toprope license. You can book the indoor toprope course at the location of your choice to meet this requirement.
Moving a lesson from a course is usually not possible, but we will do our best to assist you. It's important to be aware that there is a fee of €25,- associated with rescheduling a lesson. When you book a course, we assume that you are available for all the scheduled dates. So, please carefully check your calendar before booking the course with us.
Training
During school holidays, the training sessions will be canceled. Additionally, on certain public holidays, training sessions may not take place, depending on the location. Please refer to the holiday schedule for your specific branch to see the applicable arrangements.

To participate in one of our training groups, you need to be a member of Neoliet. You can sign up for a membership at the front desk of the climbing gym. For more information on becoming a member, please visit the page of your location. Go to the menu and select "Become a Member."
You can subscribe at our reception desk. We will provide you with a personal card displaying your name and skills, and it will also show all the types of entry you have purchased.
When closing a subscription, you will pay the remaining amount for that month directly at the counter using a debit card. For the subsequent months, the subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your bank account through direct debit.
Children
We offer various children's workshops, including climbing workshops, caving workshops, and double-deckers. During a speleo workshop, the kids can climb and scramble through the cave system built behind the climbing wall. They can navigate through nets of climbing ropes and slide directly into the ball pit from the slides. A Double-Decker workshop combines both climbing and speleo activities. For more information about our children's workshops, please refer to the specific page of your location. Go to "Groups" and then click on "Children."
To book a children's workshop, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the branch of your choice.
- Select the "Groups" option and then choose "Children."
- Click the "Book" button to make your reservation.
