Have you booked a package with us? Then we have some practical tips for students.

• After entering, students can change in the locker rooms.
• During the activity, all jewelry must come off. This would allow students to get stuck behind handles.
• All clothing bags must be empty; items can fall down, get lost or broken. In addition, it is dangerous for the other students downstairs.
• Provide a rubber band if you have long hair. The hair may otherwise get caught in the fuse material.

Once everyone is ready, students will enter the climbing area under the guidance of our instructor.

After a brief demonstration, the instructor will explain the steps of bouldering, securing, climbing and/or of speleo.

Climbing is a risk sport and we require high concentration from the students during this instruction. Once the instruction is finished (about 10 min.), the students will start working independently under the supervision of our instructor. At the end of the lesson, the instructor will call the group back together and we will conclude together.

Note!
If it is a climbing class for elementary school students (or students with additional care needs) and there are no autobelays available at the facility, the educational institution should provide its own sufficient number of supervisors to ferry the children. The ideal ratio is 1 chaperone to 3 students.

Note!
If a group is restless and dangerous situations arise as a result, we will speak to the teacher concerned and, where necessary, intervene ourselves. In extreme cases, we will be forced to stop the activity in the interest of student safety.

• In order for the instruction to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you inform students in advance of the importance of our instruction.
• Our instructors provide instruction during the activity. We would like to ask the instructor present to actively take care of order and quiet in the group, both during instruction and during climbing or other activity.
• Absenteeism lists should be kept by yourself.
• Please let us know immediately if there are students present with behavioral or health issues that require extra guidance or attention from us. If necessary, additional guidance will then be provided.
• In case of missing material or damage by students, we will hold the school liable.
• Valuables may be dropped off at the front desk at your own risk.
• Neolite is not responsible for theft or loss of student property.
• Climbing is a high-risk sport. It is important that the the school, teachers, students .and their legal representatives are aware of this.

• A minimum number of 10 students is always quoted,
• Rates are for up to 1½ hours per lesson. When you reserve longer than 1½ hours, we charge students double. When you reserve longer than 3 hours, we charge students triple etc.

Have you booked a package with us, but would like to make a change? Then please take into account the following conditions.

Changing date or time

• Changing the date or time is only possible if we have space and staff, but of course we are happy to help. Please also note our cancellation policy if you can't make it. We would like to hear from you as soon as possible so we can help you as best we can.

Changing number of participants

• Changes of single participants can be made in writing up to two business days before booking, however, we always apply the cancellation policy.
• Does it involve a change of more than 3 students? If so, please let us know 7 days in advance, as we will need to provide an additional instructor.

Have you booked an activity with us, but want to cancel the booking? Then keep in mind the following conditions.

• Cancellation of part or all of the package can be done without charge up to 21 days in advance, otherwise we are forced to charge the amount as per quote.
• Cancellation of part or all of the package up to 14 days in advance is possible, but then 50% of the amount as per order confirmation/quotation will be charged.
• If cancelled within 14 days, 100% will be charged as per order confirmation/quote.
• No shows will be charged 100%.

• If you receive an invoice, we kindly ask you to pay it within the payment term of 30 days. If this does not happen, we will charge an administrative fee of € 35,- per reminder and may require payment in advance in the future.
• A minimum of 10 students is always billed,
• The number of reserved/offered students is always assumed. Will there be more? Then these will be billed as additional costs.

Climbing is a high-risk sport. By booking a package, you agree to our house rules, safety rules, privacy terms and our terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to inform all participants (or legal representatives of these participants) of your booking of these documents and the risks of the sport. Participants should realize that during the class, responsibility is transferred to them. Participants are responsible for their own safety and that of their climbing partner and must be aware of the risks that the sport of climbing may entail.

By booking a package at Klimcentrum Neoliet Eindhoven Noord you have agreed to our house rules, safety, privacy- and terms and conditions. These can be downloaded at the top of this page and are available at any Neoliet establishment. In addition, these documents are included in the confirmation email and hang on the wall in every Neoliet climbing hall.
